Returns policy
  • Pressure Cookers, Non-Stick Cookware, Anodized, Metal Finish Products will not be eligible for return or refund.
  • Accessories and discounted Items cannot be exchanged or returned.
Exchange policy
  • If the delivered product received, was not as described on website or in damaged condition, then it must be intimated with us at the time of delivery on

  • User can only return an unused item in its original condition (as it was received by user) with proof within 3 days at Kitchen King’s given address.
  • By original condition Kitchen King means:
  • -User has kept all original packaging & labels in good condition and the product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories
  • User has not used the product till date
  • Where a product has been made to measure or personalized for user, unless faulty, Kitchen King will be unable to refund or offer an exchange
  • Our Quality assurance department will inspect & review the product, after passing the product will be considered for exchange.
  • Kitchen King will never pick-up the sent products, the consignee will personally ship to our given address.
Refunds policy
  • No return / refund will be applicable, if you receive the same product as seen on website in perfect condition, (change of mind is not applicable).
  • Promotional & discounted products will not be refundable
